Position Overview
As a Tech Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in overseeing tech operations and AI solutions projects from concept through execution. You’ll serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them scale their businesses by managing tech stacks, optimizing tools, and integrating AI in an intentional way. Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
- Translate client goals into actionable plans and scalable systems
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend tech and system improvements
- Develop and refine SOPs and documentation to drive process consistency across tech initiatives
- Leverage and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, etc.) where appropriate to increase efficiency and output
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with quality standards
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in tech and AI
- At least 1 year of experience working with a remote team
- Experience using AI tools for process automation, documentation, data analysis, and more
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A proactive mindset and eye for quality and detail
- Team-oriented with the ability to lead projects independently
- Comfortable managing both strategic planning and tactical execution
Availability & Commitment
- Must have availability during U.S. business hours
- Expect a slow start, ramping up to 20+ hours per week with high potential to build to full-time
- Long-term collaboration preferred
