[Remote] Team Leader / Senior Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Engineering Economics, Inc. The Senior Project Manager will lead a high-performing technical team, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Supervise, mentor, and develop team members
ā¢ Manage workload and resource planning
ā¢ Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
ā¢ Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts
ā¢ Foster engagement, accountability, and strong team culture
ā¢ Lead business development efforts across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region
ā¢ Build and maintain client relationships, including Master Service Agreements where applicable
ā¢ Support proposals, fee development, and team financial performance
ā¢ Serve as a key representative of EEI to clients and partners
Skills
ā¢ Experience leading and coaching technical professionals
ā¢ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
ā¢ Demonstrated success managing team dynamics and client partnerships
ā¢ Senior-level technical/project management experience
ā¢ PE registration
ā¢ Relevant certifications (USGBC, AABC, NEBB, TABB, PMI, AEE, BCxA)
