They are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process and developing effective sourcing strategies for Center Staff roles across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManages the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple functional groups or business units for center staff level and other key openingsConsults with hiring managers on recruitment and interview process, current and future talent needs, workforce planning, and the future state of the organizationProactively identifies and implements effective sourcing and recruiting strategies. Continuously builds and sustains a high quality pipeline of candidates for future opportunitiesApplies an in-depth understanding of the business environment, specific industry strategies, organizational structures and compensation practices in order to construct business cases for proposed solutionsWorks with recruiting managers, peer recruiters, business unit and department leaders to understand strategic business objectives and organizational design to develop strategies to meet current and future staffing needsEngages in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, recruiting managers, peer recruiters, vendors and other stakeholders to create a highly positive experienceConducts post interview debrief meetings to select finalists.
