Responsibilities
• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their tax situations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and financial concepts.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies for attracting new clients.
• Use our beginner-friendly tax software
Experience
• You DO NOT need prior tax experience. Training, software, and mentorship are provided.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good people skills and the ability to handle sensitive information
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow with a supportive team
• Basic computer literacy is a must (you’ll be trained on our systems)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $400.00 - $1,500.00 per day
