They are seeking a dynamic National Specialty Recruiter to identify and attract top talent, manage recruitment processes, and enhance employee value propositions across the organization.ResponsibilitiesConducts multi-site recruitment for Devereux Center's specialty roles on a national scaleManages initial recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, and phone-screening qualified candidates to recommend for interviewsUtilizes traditional and modern recruitment methods to post positions and source candidatesDevelops candidate pipeline for anticipated future needs, to reduce time-to-hire/fill, expands candidate pool organization-wide, and improves candidate qualityAssists with supporting Center high volume needs, executive level recruitment, program expansion, recruiter vacancies, and international recruitment initiativesSkillsBachelors Degree strongly preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of educationMinimum five (5) years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in health-care, human services and/or non-profit settingProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and Human Resources Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systemsRequires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, Internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidatesExperience with international recruitment preferredBenefitsASCEND- Career Accelerator Program A program designed to empower you.
