[Remote] Talent Roster - Proposal Compliance Reviewer Consultant – European Union

They are seeking experienced Proposal Compliance Reviewers to support business development efforts by reviewing and ensuring compliance of technical and budget proposals for the European Union and other European donors.ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic advisor to IFDC proposal teams during proposal preparation and submissionReview and provide compliance checks against EU and other European donor requirements and guidelinesSupport the team in refining proposal outlines and templates, ensuring that sections align with donor expectations and evaluation criteriaProvide guidance on how to make proposals more evaluator-friendly, emphasizing IFDC’s comparative advantage and win themesReview and provide detailed feedback on technical offers and budgets to ensure consistency, clarity, and complianceParticipate in internal meetings related to proposal development, providing timely and constructive inputContribute to the continuous improvement of IFDC’s proposal processes and tools by sharing lessons learned and best practicesSkillsAt least 8 years of experience with EU business development processes and rules, including contract mechanismsStrong understanding of the global development field, especially agriculture and private sector developmentFamiliarity with IFDC's working countries, especially in Africa, and experience working on international proposals or development programsDeep understanding of donor expectations for technical and financial proposal documentationProven ability to review and synthesize complex documents and provide actionable recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; working knowledge of French is an advantageAbility to work independently and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlinesCompany OverviewFeed the Future Sénégal Dundël Suuf travaille à améliorer à la fois la fertilité des sols et les moyens de subsistance de nombreux petits exploitants agricoles sénégalais.
