About the position Responsibilities • Analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) trends to discern business implications and potential root causes. • Provide actionable insights to business partners based on analysis, enabling informed decision-making. • Translate complex analysis results into actionable intelligence and recommendations for partner organizations and executives. • Develop and communicate insights through compelling visualizations and dashboards. • Develop best practices for visualizations and dashboards, ensuring scalability across multiple use cases. • Continuously refine and enhance visualization techniques to align with industry standards and evolving business needs. • Develop, evolve, and maintain core analytics tables to adapt to changing business requirements and enhance customer insights. • Implement strategies for efficient data management and integrity to ensure the reliability of analytical outputs. • Drive efficiency and automation in recurring processes and analytical tasks, optimizing resource utilization and reducing turnaround time. • Perform ad hoc analytics to address high-priority business goals, offering quick and data-driven solutions to emerging challenges. • Support the evolution and utilization of customer data to segment customers and identify high-value cross-sell, up-sell, and retention targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for customer engagement and satisfaction. • Apply advanced analysis and big data techniques to deliver detailed insights crucial for shaping company strategy, driving revenue growth, integrating products, and reducing costs. Requirements • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering. • 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation applying advanced analysis and big data techniques. • Experience utilizing Python, Airflow, Databricks, Palantir, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power Platform Solutions. • Experience utilizing Power BI and Tableau. • Knowledge in data science, DevOps engineering, financial analysis, and product domains.
