[Remote] Talent Consultant, Campus Recruitment
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Piedmont is seeking a dynamic Campus Recruiter to join their University Engagement team. In this role, you will lead college outreach efforts and represent the organization during campus visits across Georgia and neighboring states, focusing on sourcing and developing a pool of qualified candidates. Responsibilities • Lead college outreach efforts and represent the organization during campus visits across Georgia and neighboring states • Source candidates, develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, select new employees and employees wishing to transfer to work in various departments and facilities of the Piedmont Healthcare System • Participate as part of the talent acquisition team to fill open positions • Create pipelines of talent and identify and pursue creative sources of qualified applicants to meet the needs of the business for new employees Skills • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) • 2 years of recruitment and/or HR experience • None • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field • Participation in an HR Internship program • Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft • Recruiting experience or general HR experience Company Overview • Piedmont is empowering Georgians by changing health care.
