[Remote] Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WEX is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join their Global TA Ops team. This role focuses on optimizing recruitment processes and systems, collaborating with various HR teams, and executing projects that enhance the candidate and recruiter experience.ResponsibilitiesIdentify bottlenecks in the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and implement process improvements to increase hiring velocity and qualityAct as a functional administrator for our CRM (Phenom) and/or ATS (Workday), ensuring data integrity, optimized workflows, and the rollout of new featuresPartner with HRIS, Compensation, and other HR Centers Of Excellence to align recruiting initiatives with broader organizational goals and ensure stakeholder buy-inLead TA-specific projects from conception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informedSupport the execution of recruitment marketing initiatives and 'go-to-market' strategies for new hiring campaigns or employer branding effortsCreate training materials and documentation to help recruiters and hiring managers adopt new tools and processesMonitor system health and user adoption across Phenom and WorkdayWork with TA leadership to report out on the success of operational changes through key performance indicators (KPIs)Skills2-3 years of experience in a recruiting role or a recruiting support function (e.g., Recruiting Coordinator, TA Assistant)Hands-on experience with TA-focused CRM tools (e.g., Phenom, Beamery) and enterprise-level ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SAP Success Factors etc)Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including TA Directors, HRIS teams, and Compensation leadsHighly organized with ability to keep track of the details without losing the βwhy' behind the βwhat'Capable of managing the simultaneous projects effectivelyA natural curiosity for how things work and a desire to 'fix' broken processesThe ability to translate a recruiter's 'pain point' into a technical or process-based solutionDemonstrated comfort and foundational understanding of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, AppScripts, Co-Pilot, Claude) and the critical thinking skills required to evaluate AI-generated input and responsibly inform decision-makingExposure to AI-enabled platforms or workflow optimization tools is beneficialExperience in recruitment marketing, social media campaigns, or executing employer value proposition (EVP) strategiesExperience with content creation and/or campaign rolloutsBenefitsCommission under the terms of an applicable planQuarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable planHealth, dental and vision insurancesRetirement savings planPaid time offHealth savings accountFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceDisability insuranceTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewWex is a financial technology service provider for fleet, travel and healthcare industries.
