The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and optimizing recruiting processes, managing the Greenhouse ATS, and ensuring a smooth recruiting operation as the company scales.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to design and stand up the processes, workflows, and standards that scale recruiting from 50 people to hundredsFind where the process breaks, slows, or could be sharper — and build the fixEstablish the operational rigor and documentation that make great hiring repeatable, not dependent on any one personOwn Greenhouse as the system of record — configuration, structure, hygiene, and disciplineKeep data clean, current, and trustworthy, so every report and decision rests on solid groundPull weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs and OKRs, and surface the trends that matterDrive coordination across the full recruiting pipeline — every department, every stage — keeping searches moving and on standardCoordinate interviews across hiring managers, panels, and candidates with zero dropped threadsPrioritize searches against benchmarks and metrics to meet business goalsProtect a candidate experience that reflects how seriously we take our people, start to finishPitch in on company research, sourcing, and initial candidate outreach using LinkedIn, and other tools when searches need the liftSkills3–5 years in talent acquisition operations or coordination, with strong project management instinctsDeep, hands-on Greenhouse experience — you've owned an ATS, not just worked inside oneA builder's mindset: you don't just run a process, you see how to improve it and you make it happenReal data fluency — you can pull, structure, and read recruiting metrics, and yes, you love a good spreadsheetOutstanding organization, relentless follow-up, and genuine attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication, and the judgment to partner well with senior stakeholdersYou're resourceful and self-directed — you solve problems without waiting to be toldYou're comfortable in ambiguity and stay steady when priorities shift mid-strideYou take feedback well and act on itYou can hold many threads at once without dropping oneBenefitsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits — 401(k) with matching, medical / dental / vision, and equity potential for full-time employeesFlexible remote workUnlimited Responsible PTOCompany OverviewNift helps platforms and brands turn moments of appreciation into powerful customer experiences and measurable business results.
