[Remote] Syteline Administrator / Functional Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paradigm Group, Inc. is a Heavy Equipment Supplier, and they are seeking a Syteline Administrator / Functional Analyst. This role is responsible for managing and supporting the Infor CloudSuite Industrial, ensuring effective ERP operations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance processes.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary functional administrator for SyteLine/CSI, providing day-to-day support across assigned modules and business processesTroubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams or Infor/partners when code changes are requiredLead discovery sessions with stakeholders to document current-state and future-state workflowsWrite clear functional requirements (FRDs/user stories), including process flows, business rules, data needs, and acceptance criteriaTranslate business needs into SyteLine configuration and/or enhancement specificationsCreate and maintain test plans, test scripts, and UAT scenarios; coordinate UAT execution and sign-offManage defect intake, triage, and retest cycles; validate changes meet requirements before production releaseSupport cutover activities, hypercare planning, and Day 1 readinessConfigure and maintain SyteLine settings, parameters, and master data governance within approved controlsIdentify process improvements, recommend best practices, and drive standardization across sitesDevelop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and end-user guidesCollaborate with IT/DBA/Integration teams on environment readiness, release scheduling, and downstream impactsSupport reporting and data needs by defining requirements and validating outputsSkillsBachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience5+ years supporting ERP systems in a functional capacity. Infor CSI/SyteLine experience is requiredStrong understanding of core ERP processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing, Finance)Proven experience writing functional requirements and leading UAT/testing with documented test scriptsStrong communication skills: can work with shop floor to finance leadership and translate needs into clear specsProven ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesCustomer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsWillingness to provide support outside regular business hours when requiredBenefitsHybrid schedule- 4 in office 1 WFHUS CITIZENS AND GREEN CARD HOLDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
