The role involves providing advanced technical support for the CAPPS Recruit application and transitioning it from the Oracle Taleo system to Oracle PeopleSoft, while ensuring system performance and compliance with standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide primary technical support for CAPPS Recruit, collaborating with software publishers and Managed Services vendors to ensure system performance, reliability, continuous improvement, and innovationCreate, configure, test, and support all technical requests related to CAPPS RecruitTransition the CAPPS Recruit application from Oracle Taleo Talent Acquisition Suite to Oracle PeopleSoft Recruit applications (TAM/CG) for more than 40 state agenciesEnsure CAPPS HR/Payroll Requirements, Procedures, Development, and Testing from the Managed Services vendor meet written procedures, coding standards, and follow the CAPPS System Development LifecycleEnsure all digital products and content meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, maintaining perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experiences for all usersProvide oversight for functional and technical design walks, including analyzing business processes, reviewing functional designs and specs, evaluating dependencies, preparing test cases, and assessing designs for performance, security, scalability, and data quality impactsReview developed code for compliance with defined requirements and validate code comparisons prior to migrationProvide support for Agency Direct Data Access (ADDA), interfacing with agency-specific tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Oracle SQL Developer, and othersCollaborate with analysts, Managed Services resources, IT resources, and resources from potentially 100+ agenciesProvide Level 2 Service Desk duties including ticket handling for tickets related to interfaces, configurations, SAML connectivity, IP Whitelisting, server connectivity, batch failures, and all related technical tasksParticipate in Disaster Recovery and Upgrade
