[Remote] Surgical Recruiter

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Surgical Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple ambulatory surgery centers and hospital-based healthcare facilities. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for surgical centers, hospitals, and healthcare service linesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring prioritiesSource active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ATS databases, referrals, and networkingScreen candidates for qualifications, compensation expectations, and organizational fitCoordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring processPresent and negotiate employment offersMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATSMonitor open requisitions and provide hiring updates to leadershipBuild talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and specialized healthcare positionsRepresent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and community recruiting initiativesSkillsMinimum 5 years of healthcare recruiting experienceMinimum 1 year of recruiting experience supporting hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), or healthcare organizationsMulti-site recruiting experience requiredExperience managing 60+ requisitions simultaneouslyExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Strong passive candidate sourcing and internet recruiting skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and WordExperience recruiting for surgical services, ASC environments, or hospital-based clinical positionsExperience with workforce planning and recruitment marketing strategiesKnowledge of healthcare labor markets and recruiting best practicesCompany OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners provides business process outsourcing, RPO, direct-hire, contract, recruitment consulting and HR services.
