Job Description:
Tesla is seeking a highly experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless and efficient support operations... while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of remote support specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team objectives are met.
2. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
3. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalations in a timely manner.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training programs to enhance team capabilities.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex technical issues.
4. Resilient and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
6. Proven track record of managing remote teams and achieving operational excellence.
7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
