The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will transform complex data into actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making across the global supply chain, while ensuring compliance with regulations and driving digital transformation.ResponsibilitiesAcquire, analyze, and validate data from SAP, OLAP Cubes, and related systemsDevelop and enhance dashboards that guide strategic and operational decisionsReview, test, and refine reporting logic to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needsIdentify data gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve themPartner with SCM, Category Management, P&F, SDE, and TT&L to gather requirements and standardize metricsAutomate and maintain standardized execution reportsSupport and promote use of ITM and strengthen RCCM analysis capabilityDrive continuous improvement across data, processes, and reportingSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong background in Microsoft SQLProven experience with Power BIPreferred experience in a manufacturing or supply‑chain environmentFamiliarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (MM and PP modules preferred)Company OverviewHitachi Energy is a renewable energy company that provides energy consulting services.
