**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics and Insights, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Client Insightful Center product, ensuring seamless and secure data entry for our internal stakeholders. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and implement a robust product roadmap that meets the evolving needs of our customers and business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product, ensuring seamless and secure data entry for internal stakeholders
* Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Insightful Center
* Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
* Characterize and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to quantify success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
* Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management
* Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
* We value candidates with a background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
* The ideal candidate will be familiar with accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to make open products and services observing Walmart's accessibility guidelines and rules for supporting a comprehensive culture

* Strong product management skills, with experience in driving product development and execution
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for product development and differentiation
* Experience with data security and protection, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the security and trustworthiness of customer data
* Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating comprehensive digital experiences
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and prioritize business needs and requirements
