[Remote] SuccessFactors Project Manager

Mondo is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to support a portfolio of client-facing SuccessFactors engagements, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment activities. The role involves managing project delivery, stakeholder communications, project financials, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced consulting environment.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent SAP SuccessFactors client engagements, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and managed services activitiesServe as the primary customer-facing project lead, running weekly and bi-weekly status meetings and managing stakeholder expectationsDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, action items, and delivery schedulesMaintain project management workbooks and reporting documentation, including forecasting, actuals, resource allocation, project health, and budget trackingCoordinate consultants, Customer Success teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryLead project communications, status reporting, and executive-level updates for both internal and external stakeholdersManage SuccessFactors release and upgrade initiatives, including feature reviews, testing coordination, stakeholder communication, and deployment planningMonitor project scope, budget, resource utilization, and delivery milestones while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategiesHandle client escalations and delivery challenges while maintaining strong customer relationshipsSupport transitions from implementation into ongoing managed services and sustainment operationsDrive issue resolution across customer, consulting, and internal delivery teamsSkills5+ years of Project Management experience3+ years of direct SAP SuccessFactors project experienceExperience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or sustainment engagementsExperience working in a client-facing consulting, professional services, implementation partner, or managed services environmentExperience managing multiple concurrent customer engagements simultaneouslyExperience maintaining project plans, status reports, project documentation, and stakeholder communicationsExperience tracking project financials, including forecasting, actuals, resource allocation, and budget reportingStrong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skillsProven ability to manage difficult client situations, escalations, and competing prioritiesAbility to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced delivery environmentBachelor's Degree requiredAuthorization to work in the United States (US Citizen required)Experience working for a SAP SuccessFactors consulting firm, implementation partner, or professional services organizationPMP certification or other Project Management certificationExperience managing SuccessFactors release management and feature adoption initiativesExperience transitioning clients from implementation into managed services or sustainment support modelsSAP HCM experienceExperience supporting federal, government, FedRAMP, DoD, or other highly regulated environmentsExperience managing portfolios of 4-5+ concurrent client engagementsStrong consultative approach with executive presence, adaptability, and relationship-building skillsBenefitsEligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KCompany OverviewMondo is a staffing firm that focuses and specializes on niche IT, Tech, and digital marketing.
