The Strategic Partner Co-Marketing Lead will own and grow high-profile partnerships by driving integrated go-to-market initiatives that expand reach, influence, and revenue impact for both organizations.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary marketing lead for a flagship strategic partner, building and executing a joint co-marketing strategy aligned to shared business goalsDevelop quarterly and annual GTM plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement for both organizationsAct as the connective tissue between internal teams (Strategic Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, Customer Success, PR/Comms) and partner stakeholdersLead the development and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns, including:Joint content (reports, blogs, case studies, testimonials, webinars)Co-branded research and thought leadershipMulti-channel campaign activations (email, social, events, in-platform, and more)Ensure consistency and strength of a cohesive joint narrative across all touchpointsManage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across both organizationsIn collaboration with Events teams, plan and execute co-marketing activations at flagship events (owned and partner-led), including:Speaking opportunitiesCo-branded experiences and sponsorshipsCustomer-facing activations and VIP engagementsCollaborate with Events teams to maximize visibility and engagement at key industry momentsPartner with Strategic Marketing, Customer Success, Managed Services, and Sales to identify and activate joint customer storiesSource and develop compelling case studies and testimonials that highlight the impact of the partnershipAmplify customer voices across campaigns, content, and eventsSupport and scale co-marketing best practices across additional strategic and ecosystem partnersIdentify new opportunities for cross-partner collaboration and storytellingContribute to frameworks, playbooks, and processes that improve co-marketing effectivenessCollaboratively define success metrics and track performance across co-marketing initiatives (e.g., engagement, pipeline, influence)Analyze results and optimize programs to improve impact and ROIShare insights and learnings with internal and partner stakeholdersSkills5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, or co-marketing rolesStrong project management and organizational skillsProven experience managing strategic partnerships and executing joint GTM initiativesExperience leading integrated campaigns across content, digital, and eventsHighly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external teamsAbility to remain agile and operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentStrong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across brandsExperience working in Salesforce, Google Suite, and within project management tools like Asana and JiraExperience working with enterprise technology or SaaS partnershipsExperience executing co-branded research or thought leadership initiativesUnderstanding of affiliate/performance marketingFamiliarity with partner ecosystemsBackground in customer marketing or advocacy programsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceOffice-only catered lunch every Thursday, a healthy snack bar, and great coffee to keep you fueledFlexible spending accounts and 401(k)Flexible Working: Our Responsible PTO policy means you can take the time off you need to rest and recharge.
