[Remote] Strategic Operations Director

The Strategic Operations Director plays a critical role in enabling Equip’s Care Operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care at scale by identifying operational opportunities and enhancing efficiency across Care Delivery and Care Experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of Care Operations strategies and planning efforts by informing goals, success metrics, and tracking frameworksIdentify, develop and execute initiatives that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and the patient and provider experience across Care OperationsAnalyze operational data to identify trends, determine root causes, and generate actionable recommendations for improvement. Drive data insights to action plansPartner with cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and implement scalable processes and operational solutionsBuild and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communicationApply continuous improvement and change management principles to support pilots, assess their impact, and inform decisions on scalingIdentify and document best practices that enhance operational consistency, quality, and scalabilityContribute to building systems and mechanisms that support the ongoing improvement of Care Operations performancePerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field5–8+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, program management, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in strategic project management and/or process improvementStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights and influence decision-makingHighly proficient in Excel/GSheetsExperience implementing scalable processes in a dynamic, fast-growing environmentExceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and adaptabilityHealthcare-focused experience is strongly preferredExperience with SQL is a plusExperience with change management or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma a plus)Company OverviewEquip gives families lasting recovery from eating disorders through dedicated virtual care teams and gold-standard treatment delivered at home.
