They are seeking a high-impact Strategic Marketing Manager to lead the growth strategy for one of their Business Units, focusing on market insights, integrated marketing strategies, and pipeline development to drive revenue and margin growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business unit revenue, margin, and market share objectivesIdentify target segments, industries, buyer personas, and whitespace opportunities through market analysis and customer insightDefine differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that create competitive advantageEstablish measurable annual and quarterly marketing objectives tied directly to pipeline contribution and revenue impactServe as the voice of the market within the business unit, influencing product roadmap, portfolio prioritization, and go-to-market strategyArchitect integrated demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline across strategic account segmentsDesign and oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships, channel programs) aligned to buyer journey stagesPartner with Sales to align marketing programs with account priorities and pipeline targetsAnalyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and revenue attribution to continuously optimize performanceAllocate budget across channels based on ROI and performance analyticsDevelop and deploy DVP messaging effectively across social media, website content, outbound activity, in-person engagement, and distributor and end-user communicationsPartner with sales leadership to train field sales teams on DVPs, equipping them to communicate value more effectively and improve conversion in customer interactionsSupport sales teams through training, product collateral, and easy access to marketing and product resources for key customer meetings and sales opportunitiesStrengthen sales effectiveness by ensuring the field has practical tools, clear messaging, and responsive support to advance opportunities and improve win ratesLead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and portfolio expansionsDevelop launch plans including positioning, messaging, enablement tools, and campaign strategiesConduct competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis to inform strategic decisionsTranslate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value narrativesEquip Sales with effective tools, content, and insights that increase win ratesDevelop and implement voice-of-customer initiatives to uncover unmet needs and engagement opportunitiesMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to inform strategic directionLeverage marketing analytics and CRM data to identify growth levers and performance gapsDevelop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets aligned to growth objectivesEstablish KPIs tied to pipeline creation, revenue contribution, customer acquisition cost, and brand impactDeliver clear, data-driven performance reporting to business unit leadershipContinuously refine strategy based on performance data and market feedbackSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial or technical marketsProven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growthStrong business acumen and ability to operate as a strategic partner to sales and product leadershipExperience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizationsDeep understanding of demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategyAbility to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated market valueStrong analytical capability with experience using marketing and CRM performance dataExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel up to 25% - 50%BenefitsAnnual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targetsFlexible hours and remote work options, giving you the freedom to manage your time effectively.
