**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for processing data entry transactions, performing administrative tasks, and providing high-touch customer support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes, while delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform data entry processes into our database, ensuring complete and accurate entries
* Process special and recurring reports and administrative records, as assigned
* Verify and correct information, codes, and account numbers as necessary
* Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations, as well as customer service concepts and practices
* Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks and projects
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, as required

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or comparable work experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Systems
* Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, as well as customer service concepts and practices
* Basic understanding of systems and software applications, including database management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or information technology)
* Experience working in a data entry or customer support role

* Certification in customer service or data management (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative or Certified Data Analyst)
* Proficiency in additional software applications, such as CRM systems or project management tools
