[Remote] Strategic Finance Manager

As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will drive financial growth and efficiency through financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, while providing strategic recommendations to the finance leadership team.ResponsibilitiesManage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, including the preparation of internal management and board reportingProvide strategic recommendations to finance leadership and the executive management team based on rigorous financial analysisAssess company performance against both the annual budget and the company’s long-term strategy, making necessary adjustments and recommendationsConduct detailed variance analysis to drive a deeper understanding of the business and its financial performanceCoordinate with other finance and business partner team members to review financial information and forecastsManage, coach, and develop finance team members, promoting their professional growth and enhancing team performanceLead ad-hoc projects that drive organizational goals, bringing together cross-functional teams for discussionProvide leadership to finance department team members, fostering a culture of independence and cross-organizational collaborationPrepare succinct presentations for decision-makers, translating complex data into actionable insightsSkillsA minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting5+ years of relevant work experience in business finance, consulting, or other relevant experienceProven experience as finance leader with a track record of leading a team through successful outcomesHigh proficiency in financial modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong analytical and decision-making skills. Problem solving and analytical abilities, advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google SheetsEffective communication and presentation skills.
