The role involves developing enterprise bundled account strategies, cultivating key relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while leveraging UPS solutions to drive growth.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and manage customer relationships for Mail Innovations’ (MI) large accountsMeet and exceed established individual sales plansMaintain a strategic partnership with UPS’s Small Package sales team to obtain sales leads and develop enterprise bundled account strategiesCultivate key relationships internally and externally to achieve sales results and high levels of customer satisfactionStay abreast of competitive and industry knowledge to deliver enterprising customer solutionsDevelop a deep understanding of clients' mailing operations and leverage UPS solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive long-term growthIdentify areas of opportunity within existing accounts, execute business reviews with decision-makers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service deliveryActively participate in strategic planning, prepare custom proposals, and lead solution presentationsEnsure CRM data is accurately maintained and provide regular forecasting updates to sales leadershipSkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in strategic sales, logistics, or account managementProven track record of building and expanding enterprise-level client relationshipsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)Ability to travel and work flexible hours as neededMust be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employerEmployer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positionsBachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related fieldStrong understanding of direct mail logistics, USPS regulations, or e-commerce fulfillmentPreferred that candidate should be currently located in the geographic areas that are listed in the description above or willing to relocate at your own expenseCompany OverviewOperating in more than 200 countries and territories, we’re committed to moving our world forward by delivering what matters.
