The Strategic Account Management Senior Executive will manage and grow strategic accounts for existing customers within Corporate Lending solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by addressing their specific needs and challenges.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a strategic account plan for existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionIdentify opportunities for account growth and work to expand the relationship with existing customersAnalyze the financial position and challenges of existing customers to determine the most effective account management approachUnderstand market drivers and collaborate with both the client and internal stakeholders to overcome potential impedimentsUse a consultative approach to develop account plans and identify specific needs for each customerEnsure customer needs are met and address any issues or concerns promptlyMaintain appropriate account management activity to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunitiesEnsure and maintain accurate account forecasting data in the sales reporting system for effective opportunity management and reportingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing customer accountsParticipate in user group meetings and trade shows as approvedStay abreast of current industry trends, competitors, and new company products and servicesPerform other duties as assignedSkillsHistory of proven successful account management experience representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutionsExperience managing relationships with C-level executivesSignificant knowledge of Corporate Lending solutions and DomainRelationship and consultative account management experienceAbility to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client's business, identifying challenges and opportunities, and positioning solutions to address those needsDemonstrates deep product and industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive intelligenceExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with stakeholdersSuperior presentation skillsAbility to present compellingly and negotiate complex dealsProven ability to articulate value proposition and ROIProven ability to manage accounts with multiple decision-makersProven ability to manage internal resources to support the accountProven record of building and managing account plans and achieving/exceeding targetsProven record of matching customers' needs with solutionsResponsive, reliable, and results-orientedBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBenefitsFlexibility: Enjoy unlimited vacation, based on your location and business priorities.
