Sr. Digital Product Analyst

Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze product performance metrics to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
ā¢ Conduct pre and post-launch impact analyses of product initiatives.
ā¢ Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate new features or changes.
ā¢ Collaborate with product managers to define KPIs and develop tracking specifications.
ā¢ Ensure stakeholders have access to real-time data via dashboards and reports.
ā¢ Work with data engineers to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
ā¢ Promote data-driven decision-making within the product team.
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in digital product analytics and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills and experience in driving insights in a digital consumer environment.
ā¢ Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
ā¢ Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
ā¢ Familiarity with large cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science or Computer Science.
ā¢ Expertise in web analytics platforms and data visualization tools like Power BI.
ā¢ Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
ā¢ Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
