They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to conduct market research, manage revenue targets, develop go-to-market strategies, and cultivate relationships with strategic customers.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partnerships, and new opportunities for business expansionDevelop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities, leading to revenue growth and market share expansionAssume ownership of revenue targets for selected accounts, including managing sell with, sell to, and sell through initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage opportunities for revenue generation through partner relationshipsEnhance Kaltura's joint go-to-market plans with product integrations, working closely with Marketing, Corporate Development, and Product teamsDevelop and execute strategies to ensure successful product launches and promote Kaltura's offerings to strategic partnersCultivate and nurture personal relationships with strategic customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfactionCollaborate with the Customer Success team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesSkillsBachelor's Degree is required, and an MBA from a top school is considered a plusProven experience in business development, strategy, account management, or equivalent experience in sourcing new business for Fortune 500 customersDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environmentExcellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and external partnersA fast learner with a driven, motivated, and go-getter attitude, willing to take initiative and embrace new challengesBenefitsHybrid, flexible work environmentZero employee premium health plan, effective from day 1, plus dental and vision benefitsFSA and 401K with company matchMobile plan and home internet reimbursementPersonal and professional development programsOccasional Cross company long weekendsCompany OverviewKaltura develops video SaaS solutions for enterprises of all industries.
