They are seeking a highly driven Strategic Account Director to lead and expand their partnership with Target, focusing on driving revenue growth and long-term strategic collaboration.ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall business relationship with Target and serve as the primary sales lead for the accountDevelop and execute annual and quarterly account plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectivesLead demand forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholdersSecure and manage purchase orders, promotional commitments, and retail program executionDrive effective promotional planning and merchandising strategies to maximize sell-through and category performanceConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present strategic business updates to senior leadershipManage credit, MDF, and trade investment administration to ensure operational excellence and ROI accountabilityMaintain deep expertise in all aspects of the Target business model, systems, merchandising processes, and organizational structureMonitor competitive activity, category trends, and emerging consumer opportunities to identify growth initiativesEstablish and lead processes for long-term strategic product planning between Razer and TargetPartner closely with Razerβs global product teams and Target merchant/vendor management teams to develop future-focused retail initiativesDrive cross-functional alignment on custom, exclusive, and strategic product opportunitiesEnsure key initiatives remain on schedule and are executed flawlessly across product, supply chain, marketing, and retail operations teamsIdentify and resolve execution gaps, pricing challenges, and timeline risks proactivelyLead development of joint marketing and go-to-market plans that maximize revenue potential and strengthen the strategic partnershipAct as a key connector between sales, product marketing, merchandising, retail marketing, and operations teamsOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred7+ years of experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or related retail sales/account managementProven experience managing mass retail channel accounts, with a strong preference for prior Target experienceStrong understanding of retail merchandising, forecasting, supply chain coordination, and promotional planningDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex initiativesExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skillsStrong product marketing instincts and commercial savvyProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with strong business planning and financial management skillsExperience with exclusive product launches, strategic retail collaborations, or custom product programsFamiliarity with gaming, consumer technology, or lifestyle accessory categoriesExperience collaborating with global product development and marketing organizationsBenefitsCompetitive compensation package including bonus opportunitiesComprehensive health benefits and employee perksCareer growth within a globally recognized gaming and lifestyle brandCompany OverviewRazer develops high-end precision gaming products by combining technology, ergonomics, and expert validation.
