[Remote] Global IT Business Operations Manager

The Global IT Business Operations Manager will drive operational discipline, financial transparency, and governance across Global IT, ensuring alignment between strategy, budgets, vendors, and service delivery.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage IT operating rhythm (monthly/quarterly operations and quality reviews, dashboards, operational metrics/KPI and SLAs of all Service AreasDrive standardization of global IT processes, controls, and reporting across all regionsCoordinate cross functional execution across IT infrastructure, applications, security, and business stakeholdersMaintain operational documentation, runbooks, and governance artifactsOwn and manage Global IT Infrastructure Opex/Capex budget, forecasting, and variance analysis (±10% accuracy target)Partner with Finance to ensure cost transparency, accrual accuracy, and budgetSupport cost optimization initiatives, including vendor spend optimization and cloud cost governance (FinOps)Drive cost optimization initiatives across labor, vendors, and technology platformsBuild and track TCO models for infrastructure servicesPartner with Vendor Management Office (VMO) to support vendor performance, renewals, and escalationsCoordinate vendor service reviews, QBRs, and executive readiness materialsEnsure alignment between contracts, SLAs, financials, and operational outcomesTrack vendor risks, issues, and remediation actionsSupport execution of global IT initiatives, migrations, and operational improvementsTrack milestones, risks, dependencies, and status across multiple workstreamsEnsure consistent reporting and escalation for leadershipEnable smooth coordination across regions, time zones, and functionsProduce executive dashboards and insights covering operations, financials, risks, and deliveryTranslate complex operational data into clear leadership level narrativesSupport leadership meetings with structured materials and decision recommendationsSkillsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field8-10+ years of experience in IT operations, IT business management, or technology program operationsProven experience managing and supporting global IT organizations and multi-regions IT environmentsStrong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and operational governanceExperience working in MSP driven and multi vendor environmentsStrong analytical and financial management skillsExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to operate at both strategic and execution levelsStrong attention to detail with an outcome oriented mindsetExperience working in global, multi region IT environmentsITSM and operational governance frameworks (ITIL preferred)Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, Finance systems, O365 suite, collaboration platforms, AI tools such as Copilot and Claude, etcUnderstanding of cloud and infrastructure operations is a strong plusBenefitsGreat Medical/Dental BenefitsCompany-Matched 401K Retirement SavingsAnnual Bonus ProgramEducational AssistanceRelaxed Dress CodePASATalks Speaker SummitsLeadership & Mentorship ProgramsHigh5 Reward Recognition ProgramOnsite Happy HoursAnd many more benefits & perks found within the ‘Our Culture’ section…Company OverviewAt Panasonic, our technology and engineering expertise delivers innovation across diverse industries.
