The role involves managing the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.ResponsibilitiesUtilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidatesCraft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that accurately represent the role and company cultureBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for present and future staffing needsReview resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experienceConduct initial screenings through phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and organizationCollaborate with hiring managers to define candidate criteria and ensure alignment on job requirementsSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teamsProvide candidates with detailed information about the interview process, company values, and expectationsGather feedback from interviewers and candidates to facilitate informed decision-makingCreate a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruitment processCommunicate promptly and effectively with candidates, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates on their application statusPartner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectivesAdvise hiring managers on best practices in candidate evaluation and selectionProvide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to drive informed hiring decisionsCollaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidatesFacilitate salary and benefit negotiations while adhering to company policies and guidelinesEnsure a smooth transition of candidates into the onboarding processMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Generate recruitment reports and analytics to monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition roleStrong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment softwareKnowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and equal opportunity practicesA results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goalsCompany OverviewFundada em 2013, a Mundo Graffiti faz parte do grupo Santa Rosa Tintas, uma das mais tradicionais lojas de tintas de São Paulo.
