They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own and ship new products in their Revenue Management suite, driving customer-focused product development and rapid iteration alongside design and engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end discovery through launch of AI agents in the Revenue Management spacePlan, configure and tune AI agents to optimize quality, reliability, and business outcomesShip fast. Write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work side-by-side with designers and engineers to get features into productionDesign evaluation frameworks to systematically measure agent quality — build test suites, analyze output patterns and edge cases, and use those signals to iteratively improve performanceDefine and validate guardrails that ensure safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance across real-world pricing scenariosUse AI tools and agents to accelerate your own workflowStand up customer feedback loops (weekly cadences with key accounts) and use those signals to prioritize ruthlesslyCollaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to ensure products land well and drive adoptionSkillsBuilder mentality over pedigree.
