You'll design, ship, and iterate on paid social and display ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You’ll work side-by-side with growth marketers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to translate performance signals into creative direction. You’ll feed creative learnings back into broader channel and funnel strategySkills10+ years of design experience, with a meaningful portion spent in Growth, performance marketing, or paid acquisition-focused creative roles. Demonstrable evidence of working in an iterative, experimental environment where progress trumps perfectionDeep, hands-on paid ads experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You've lived inside Ads Manager, you understand platform-specific creative dynamics, and you know how formats, placements, and audiences shape what worksA growth team background is required. You understand the test-learn-iterate loop from the inside and have the work to prove it. You've built and documented continuums of artifacts and learnings that compound on one another over time, leveraging those insights to inform work around you in a way that balances championing the user and helping the company reach its goalsYou are process and problem-obsessed.
