Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
