[Remote] Staff Appraiser - AR; Pulaski & Saline Counties

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Class Valuation is one of the largest nationwide Appraisal Management Companies, seeking Certified Residential Appraisers in Arkansas. The role involves completing market value residential property appraisals, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops)
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required

Skills
• Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance
• Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties
• Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred
