They are seeking a Sr. Trade CoE Analyst to support the Trade Procurement team by developing reporting structures and dashboards, ensuring accurate data for decision-making in the supply chain process.ResponsibilitiesAs member of Trade Procurement team, participate throughout Supply Chain process to drive change through dataDevelop key reporting structures, automated dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for variety of Trade Procurement metricsDesign new reports and transform data into meaningful visualizations to be shared throughout organizationIdentify and correct discrepant data to ensure reporting and dashboards are accurateUtilize Infor Nexus to create Trade Procurement reports and dashboardsUtilize Oracle BI and Tableau for operational and inventory dashboardsSupport Trade Procurement projectsManage onboarding activities for integrating Logistics Services Providers to NexusSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, or related field of study5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupationEmployer will also accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics or related field of study and 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of progressive experienceDemonstrated experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools to include Tableau, Supply Chain Intelligence, or MicrostrategyUsing a major ERP system; such as, Oracle, SAP or InforTurning raw data into meaningful outputs to be used to make business decisions, notably as it relates to on-time performance indicators and forecastingMicrosoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, visualizations, macros) and data management tools to analyze supply chain metrics and KPIsDirectly communicating with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and optimize business needsWorking within a large, global corporation that has at least $500 million in revenue per yearProcure to Pay experienceStatistical methods including working with various KPIs related to global logistics and supply chain; calculating Mean, Median, Standard Deviations and Correlations; time performance metrics, frequency distributions, and histogramsBenefitsCompetitive Pay and Bonuses -We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing -No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
