They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs for cloud-based software solutions, ensuring alignment and timely delivery across cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale, complex cloud software development programs from concept through deliveryPartner closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and timely deliveryDevelop and manage program schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and high-quality executionDrive cross-functional communication and alignment between technical and business stakeholdersIdentify and resolve program-level risks, conflicts, and interdependencies proactivelyChampion continuous improvement and scalable processes across teams to optimize execution and deliveryProvide executive-level visibility through reporting, dashboards, and structured program governanceSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS) or Electrical Engineering (EE)7–10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including managing enterprise-scale or cloud software programsProven experience developing software and/or managing programs in Cloud Software Development (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships across engineering, product, and leadership teamsDemonstrated adoption of AI-powered tools or agents as part of daily professional workflows, driving efficiency and improved decision-makingTravel may be required up to 10%Experience in managing AI-driven Software development (vibe coding, spec-driven development, etc.)Relevant domain experience in the Renewable Energy industry, especially in the grid services and utilitiesIndustry certifications such as CSM, SAFe, PMP or equivalent certificatesExperience working in a multi-time-zone, multi-cultural environmentCompany OverviewQcells is a renowned complete energy solutions provider in solar cell and module, energy storage, downstream project business and energy retail.
