They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to collaborate with the Product team in designing and maintaining robust cloud native enterprise scale solutions, focusing on real-time data processing from IoT devices.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Product team to design, develop, and maintain robust cloud native enterprise scale solutionsImplement scalable, high-performance systems for real-time data processing coming from the various sensors and IoT devicesImplement data processing layer components of the platform using state of the art technologies and design extensible data modelsBuild microservices for the various components of TagNTrac platform aka RELATIVITY SaaS platformBuild the platform to be ready to integrate with the latest AI frameworks and rules engines for predicting and deriving real-time insightsContribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of our core platform and customer-facing API’sMentor and guide junior members as neededSkillsPast experience working with relational databases, time series databases and dealing with large volumes of structured and unstructured dataPast experience building APIs and microservicesStrong knowledge of software development fundamentals, including relevant background in computer science fundamentals, distributed systems, data storage, and agile development methodologiesYou are able to utilize your knowledge and expertise to code and ship quality products in a timely mannerYou are pragmatic and combine a strong understanding of technology and product needs to arrive at the best solution for a given problemYou are highly entrepreneurial and thrive in taking ownership of your own impact.
