Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in Virtual & Simulation Testing to join our MSP team. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute virtual system test plans, simulations, and emulations to validate system-level requirements, meet customer deliverables, and ensure integrated system performance across all sub-components. Your role will involve partnering with Product Teams to drive high-quality product delivery, collaborating with the QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team to synchronize virtual and physical tests, and working closely with internal customers to ensure new solutions meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing to virtually validate end-to-end solutions using real-life software. Ensure products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integration, service, and support prior to delivery. Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products, communicating these to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams. Coordinate simulations and testing processes, analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, and recommending solutions to these issues. Connect with internal customers, review client, customer, and user feedback, and maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field. 5+ years of proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams, with domain expertise in modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance. Proven experience in fulfillment systems, including storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment. Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics and high-speed manufacturing. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management. Project managing skills to start and finish projects successfully.
