[Remote] Sr. Project Manager, Data Transformation

Partner's Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale transformation initiative in the healthcare sector. The role involves leading individual work streams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful planning and execution of a complex healthcare project involving cloud database migration.ResponsibilitiesLead assigned work streams from planning through stabilizationDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirementsCoordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholdersFacilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reportingIdentify and proactively manage project risks and escalation pathsDrive accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders and teamsCollaborate closely with advisors, application analysts, and organizational leadershipMaintain project documentation and provide regular updates to program leadershipSkills5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT environmentsA bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, or related field is requiredExperience managing large modernization projectsProven Organizational Change Management experienceComplex, large-scale Epic Project Management experienceExperience with Azure CloudExperience with RBAC and CI/CDStrong understanding of project management methodologies and best practicesExcellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience presenting to executive leadership and steering committeesPMP certification is highly preferredCCMP or Prosci certifications are preferredCompany OverviewPartner’s Consulting is the first and only woman-owned project leadership company that helps enterprises meet the changing demands of technology.
