Widescope Consulting and Contracting Services is seeking a Senior Product Researcher to drive high-impact research initiatives that define product strategy and elevate user experience. The role involves guiding junior researchers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating user insights throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end research projects, from planning to synthesis and presentation. • Design and execute complex studies using mixed methods. • Mentor junior researchers and promote research best practices. • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align research with business goals. • Present findings to senior leadership and advocate for user-centered design. • Develop research frameworks, templates, and standards. • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging research methodologies. • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development. Skills • 5+ years of experience in UX or product research • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods • Experience with research tools and platforms • Strong leadership and communication skills • U.S. Citizenship • Experience in healthcare or government sectors • Certified UX Researcher or similar certification • Experience with service design or systems thinking • Proven ability to influence product strategy through research • 1+ years of experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency.
