They are seeking a Sr. Product Designer to enhance advertiser experience by managing tools and workflows that enable effective ad creation and optimization, directly impacting revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager, where advertisers of all sizes plan, buy, optimize, and measure their campaignsPartner closely with Product, Research, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to align on, and ship improvements for both selfâserve and managed advertisers, across global marketsDeeply understand advertiser and agency workflows through research, data, and customer conversations; translate those insights into clear solutionsBuild solutions to drive product-led growth of revenue and high priority advertiser featuresExplore and ship AI features to help advertisers get customer support, reporting, recommendations and eventually take action on their behalfSkillsExperience with digital advertising and growth centric design: You understand performance ads concepts (e.g., optimization goals, bidding, attribution, creative testing) and how creative impacts performanceStrong product discovery skills: You're comfortable talking to customers, mapping workflows, validating problems, and translating insights into clear product strategies and roadmapsProven success collaborating with crossâfunctional teams: You've driven alignment and shipped products with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations partners in a fastâpaced environmentComfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: You can bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and move quickly while keeping stakeholders informedExcellent communication of complex topics: You can explain technical concepts and tradeoffs to nonâtechnical audiences and drive clear decisionsLeverage AI tools for research, analysis and prototyping to drive high velocity product outcomesBachelor's degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience5+ years in Product Design (or equivalent)BenefitsThe position is also eligible for equity.Information regarding the culture at Pinterest and benefits available for this position can be found here.Company OverviewPinterest is a visual bookmarking tool for saving and discovering creative ideas.
