They are seeking a Senior National Growth Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing mortgage professionals to drive organizational growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract experienced mortgage professionals and sales leadersSource, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through networking, referrals, industry events, social media, recruiting platforms, and direct outreachBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs and maintain accurate records within the CRMConduct candidate screening interviews to assess production history, cultural fit, licensing status, and career objectivesPartner with executive leadership, sales management, and branch leadership to understand hiring goals and workforce planning initiativesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring regulations and policiesProvide regular recruiting activity reports, pipeline updates, and hiring metrics to senior leadershipConsistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruiting goals established by executive leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent industry experienceMinimum of 4 years of successful mortgage industry recruiting experienceProven track record of recruiting Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and mortgage sales leadershipStrong understanding of mortgage lending, retail lending and P&L branch modelsExperience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and recruitment marketing toolsExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentCompany OverviewWe don’t overcomplicate things—we get the job done.
