As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and business performance of Enliven’s clinical product portfolio, balancing established solutions with emerging growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategic direction and execution of the Enliven Health Clinical Portfolio, delivering measurable customer value, revenue growth, go‑to‑market execution, and business results while enabling strong product leadership across teamsProvide leadership and direction to Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring clarity of priorities, strong decision‑making, and effective executionDevelop, prioritize, and evolve product roadmaps grounded in customer insights, market dynamics, competitive analysis, and financial impactDrive toward outcome‑oriented work that supports revenue growth, customer adoption, and measurable impactBalance stewardship of mature products with strategies to accelerate emerging offerings into scalable growth driversIdentify, manage, and mitigate cross‑team dependencies and delivery risks across complex initiativesDevelop compelling business cases, value propositions, and strategic narratives to support investment and prioritization decisionsEngage directly with customers and prospects to validate strategy, test assumptions, and inform go‑to‑market executionCommunicate product vision, portfolio direction, and success metrics during planning cycles and leadership forumsSkillsBachelor's degree7+ years Product ManagementExperience in a healthcare/clinical environment required, with pharmacy preferredIndustry experience in healthcare, clinical solutions, pharmacy services, or regulated SaaS environmentsStrong business orientation, with experience driving revenue growth, commercialization, or portfolio performanceProven ability to translate strategy into clear, measurable business and customer outcomesStrong customer empathy with the ability to identify problems and propose data‑driven solutionsExperience using analytics, insights, and market data to guide prioritization and product decisionsAbility to identify market and industry trends that translate into new growth opportunitiesTrack record of introducing new approaches, tools, or operating models that improve product and business outcomesCompany OverviewOmnicell, Inc.
