[Remote] Sr Manager Marketing Project Management (Remote)

S&S Activewear is a leading North American distributor of imprintable apparel, and they are seeking a Sr Manager of Marketing Project Management to lead and evolve their Marketing Project Management Office. This role will oversee the marketing project management team, manage project processes, and collaborate with marketing leadership to enhance workflow efficiency and project delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead the project management team by developing project managers and coordinators through direction, coaching, prioritization support, and performance guidanceOwn the marketing project management function including intake, prioritization, workflow design, timeline management, status reporting, and delivery governanceOversee the Marketing PMO COP tool ensuring it is configured, adopted, maintained, and optimized to support workflows and leadership visibilityCreate and improve project management processes including templates, standards, and best practicesBuild and manage workback schedules with clear milestones, dependencies, approvals, and deadlinesPartner with Marketing leadership to support planning, prioritization, resource visibility, and execution against business objectivesProvide consistent reporting on project status, workload, risks, bottlenecks, timelines, and process efficiencyServe as an operational excellence partner by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross functional collaborationFacilitate project meetings and risk reviews to keep work moving and ensure alignmentCollaborate across teams including Ecommerce, Creative and Brand, Campaign and Content Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, Communications, Commercial Strategy and Analytics, Sales, and other partnersSupport change management for new workflows, tools, processes, and ways of workingEnsure on time delivery with clear accountability, strong communication, and alignment to business prioritiesStay adaptable to changing business needs while maintaining structure and momentum across active workstreamsSkillsTen or more years of project or program management experience with a background leading complex, cross functional initiativesExperience leading a PMO or centralized workflow function within marketing, creative, ecommerce, or business operationsProven ability to manage and develop a team of project managers, coordinators, or operations professionalsHands on experience with project management tools including implementation, optimization, and workflow designStrong operational mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and translate insights into practical solutionsExcellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide clear updates to senior leadershipBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience creating executive level reporting on project status, capacity, bottlenecks, and operational performancePMP or related certification preferred but not requiredExperience with Optimizely COP is a plusBenefitsVacation, Personal, and Sick timeMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability coverageFlexible Spending Accounts401(k) planDiscounts on brand‑name apparelFun employee eventsMeaningful opportunities for growth and advancementCompany OverviewPrime Line is back!
