I am working with a client that is looking for a Sr. IT Healthcare PM with a strong background in EMR implementations. This position is 100% remote.
Industry:
Ā Home Health- Preferred
Ā Primary care / Hospital care-Acceptable
Skills & Expectations:
Ā Full life cycle EMR implementation experience is a must.
Ā Experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Ā Must be able hit ground and do all basic project management things (mix of waterfall /agile)- Must be flexible on Project Structure /Methodology
Ā Flexibility on project management- depends on vendor and project situation
Ā Manage conflicts between vendors.
Ā Project Manager that can work independently with little Upper Management- but ask for help when needed.
