[Remote] Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A & Treasury

They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A & Treasury to support budgeting, forecasting, treasury analysis, and financial reporting, playing a key role in transforming financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecastsDevelop liquidity analyses and treasury-related reporting schedulesAnalyze cash trends, working capital requirements, and organizational liquidity needsPrepare treasury analyses supporting cash management and financial planning activitiesAssist with development of treasury reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting modelsSupport development and coordination of the annual organizational budgeting processSupport preparation of periodic forecasts and financial planning updatesSupport the budget-to-actual analyses and provide clear explanations of key financial and operational variancesAnalyze trends related to personnel costs, organizational spending, revenue activity, and operational performanceAssist department leaders in understanding budget performance and financial trendsAssist in preparation of recurring management reports, dashboards, and reporting tools for leadership and departmental stakeholdersDevelop, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators and financial metricsAnalyze operational and financial trends to support strategic and operational decision-makingAssist in evaluating organizational performance and resource utilizationSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activitiesServe as a finance power user for Solver and related reporting toolsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytical models, and reporting packagesParticipate in finance systems testing, implementation, and enhancement projectsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, analytical processes, and data accessibilitySupport reporting automation and process improvement initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, business analytics, or operational financeStrong analytical and quantitative skills with experience performing variance analysis and financial modelingAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis functions, and financial modeling techniquesExperience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and financial planning applicationsExperience working with systems such as Sage Intacct, Solver, Power BI, Tableau, Monday.com, or similar platformsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsExperience supporting nonprofit, advocacy, environmental, or mission-driven organizationsExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, or financial planning and modeling activitiesExperience developing dashboards, management reports, or reporting automation solutions.
