The role focuses on optimizing content for AI-driven experiences and collaborating with various teams to enhance content discoverability and performance.ResponsibilitiesWrite and publish high-quality, search-optimized content on a consistent cadence, including (but not limited to) blogs, thought leadership, comparison pages, FAQs, infographics, and other digital content assetsCreate structured, answer-first content designed to be surfaced in AI-generated responses and LLM-driven experiencesTranslate complex HR, payroll, and workforce management topics into clear, engaging, and authoritative contentRefresh and optimize existing content to improve search visibility, engagement, and conversion performanceServe as a champion for SEO and AEO best practices, partnering with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with search intent, audience needs, and funnel stageBring flexibility to support broader content marketing initiatives as business needs evolve, contributing to initiatives such as research reports, executive thought leadership, campaign assets, customer stories, and other strategic content prioritiesApply SEO best practices including keyword research, topic clustering, and on-page optimizationStructure content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including featured snippets, β€œPeople Also Ask,” and zero-click resultsOptimize content for LLM discoverability using clear formatting, strong information hierarchy, and entity-based contentStay current on evolving search and AI trends and continuously refine content approachesTrack and analyze content performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Conductor)Monitor rankings, traffic, engagement, and emerging AI-driven visibility signalsUse data to inform content updates, identify opportunities, and improve performance over timePartner with Product Marketing, Growth, Web, Brand, and External Communications teams to align content with campaign prioritiesProvide SEO and AEO guidance to social and PR teams to support amplification and discoverabilityWork with subject matter experts to develop accurate, differentiated contentShare best practices to help improve search performance across the marketing teamUse AI tools to support content research, drafting, and optimizationDevelop efficient workflows that increase speed and scale while maintaining quality and brand standardsSkillsProven experience creating high-quality, engaging, and search-optimized content at scale6–8 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or content strategy (agency or in-house)Demonstrated ability to create structured, answer-first content that is surfaced and cited in AI-generated responses and conversational search experiencesExperience using tools like ChatGPT and understanding how AI surfaces and summarizes contentAbility to analyze performance and apply insights to improve contentStrong understanding of how content format and structure impacts discoverability and engagementAbility to work cross-functionally and influence without ownershipExperience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms along with hands-on use of AI tools to support content development, optimization, and workflow efficiencyBenefitsDayforce employees and their families are eligible to participate in the following benefits programs: medical, dental, vison, and life insurance.Dayforce employees are also eligible to participate in a 401k plan (plus match) and a Global Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees also receive unlimited Time Away From Work (in lieu of accrued vacation time), 10 paid US holidays, up to 80 hours of paid sick time and 17 weeks of paid parental leave, subject to the terms of the applicable policy or program.With a commitment to community impact, including volunteer days and our charity, Dayforce Cares we provide opportunities for you to thrive both in your career and personal life.Company OverviewDayforce is a time and attendance application that helps businesses automate clocking and streamline employee payroll.
