[Remote] Sr. Compliance Reporting Analyst

They are seeking a Sr. Compliance Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for performing compliance reporting reviews and audits, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, and assisting with data collection and analysis for process improvement.ResponsibilitiesEnsures compliance with regulations by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; will provide recommendations for improvement and coaching as necessaryManages quality assurance for monthly ODAG universe submissions; reviews client validation results and ensures appropriate follow-up and closure of issues; manages any subsequent corrective actions and ensures appropriate root cause analysis is conductedReview and manage the collation of quarterly Part C report and other client-required and mandatory report submissions; ensure timely communication of issues to process owners; track findings to resolutionCompletes audit work papers and memorandums by documenting audit findingsMaintains excellent documentation of all audits, methodologies employed, results, corrective action plans implemented, and monitoringAssists with non-clinical elements of client pre-delegation audits and accreditationCommunicates audit progress and findings by preparing reports, discussions with management and providing information in meetingsPresents audit findings to stakeholders as neededAnalyzes quality assurance and compliance data and assists in preparing reportsAssists in designing and implementing solutions to quality management issuesMaintains a strong working knowledge of state and federal legislation, statutes and regulations, as well as various client service level agreementsOther tasks as assignedSkillsAssociate's/Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years in a healthcare auditing, reporting or operations roleStrong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsCertification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)Intellectual curiosity and ability to research issues, solve problems and develop solutionsAbility to be flexible and evolve the role to accommodate new operational approachesAbility to generate new ideas, iterate on existing ones and identify trends & patterns that improve clinical quality and ensure complianceAbility to thrive in high-growth, rapidly changing health-tech environmentCross-functional collaboration skillsBenefitsFully remote opportunity with about 10% travelMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings accountFlexible Time Off + Company HolidaysUp to 14 weeks of paid parental leavePet insurance
