* Type accurately with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute, maintaining attention to detail and focus
* Communicate effectively with clients via email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline

**Essential Qualifications:**
