The Sr. Client Account Executive, Enterprise is responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and facilitating account upgrades while collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise clients, collaborating closely with internal teams (Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing) and Dialpad Partners to drive customer base expansionPartner with fellow Enterprise CAEs to identify leads for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop compelling quotes, and maintain effective client communicationStrategize account growth by crafting personalized account plans in alignment with monthly and quarterly sales objectivesFoster strong relationships with customers to understand their strategic goals and anticipate expansion requirementsProactively generate leads and nurture a robust sales pipelineConsistently achieve or surpass quarterly revenue targetsSkills7-10 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environmentProven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either a New Business or Client Sales backgroundAbility to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makersExperience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadershipExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous detailsExperienced with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets)Curiosity: Ability to get to know your customers' business, internal teams, and processesClosing mindset: Get ahead of closing deals by asking closing questions early and oftenStrategy: Ability to analyze your portfolio of accounts and develop sales strategies to target your customers for additional products they can benefit fromHigh energy: Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environmentOrganization: The key to success is execution.
