The ideal candidate will analyze business challenges, identify process gaps, and recommend practical solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunitiesLead requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessmentsTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendationsSupport project intake, scoping, prioritization, and roadmap discussions based on business value and impactCreate and maintain business documentation including requirements, process flows, user stories, test cases, UAT documentation, user guides, and training materialsCollaborate with business, product, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycleIndependently learn new processes, systems, and business domains with minimal directionSupport data analysis, reporting, and business insights to drive decision-makingSkills10 years of Business Analyst experience with strong Pharmacy domain knowledgePharmacy Operations experience preferred (Retail, Specialty, PBM, Mail Order, or related areas)Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, business process analysis, and documentationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processesExposure to data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence toolsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and toolsAwareness of AI capabilities and opportunities to improve business processes through AI-enabled solutionsBenefits1099 or W2 optionEligibility: USC or GCCompany OverviewWelcome to Fustis, your trusted partner in connecting IT consultants with clients.
